Sourcing

Hodaya International has in its database a big list of suppliers from the textile, chemical and textile accessory industries. We have also the knowledge about local legislation, policy's changes, market conditions, culture and we have a vast network of contacts. Hodaya can provide you all information concerning products for the textile, chemical and accessory-related industries. Hodaya International has developed special sourcing packages such as legal feasibility and technical product sourcing, basic sourcing, sourcing to companies which respect social and environmental standards.

Samples collection

Samples collection is a very important part of the purchase process. We do this in the most meticolous and scientific way. Samples are indexed in our system. The process of samples approval starts with the sending of photos, videos and complete specifications of the product, followed by the samples sending for your analysis and approval. Our index system uses the most up-to-date samples management software available in the market. We make sure that the quoted product is the same as the one that will be embarked and delivered to buyer.
This process can be also complemented by the sending of samples from client to factory, in order that this last one can prepare samples and show its capacity to produce based on the demans of client.

Assessment of Supplying Factory

Before placing order at a new supplier, Hodaya International sends auditors to perform an evaluation and certification together with the factory. It is of vital importance to ensure that one is going to do business with a serious company with adequate production capacity, working conditions, management and quality control. It is also of primordial importance to ensure that all the product specifications are fully understood. On top of this, Hodaya International can advise products testing service companies and can take care of the communication process on clients' behalf.

Inspection prior to Production

It is important to ensure this is executed before the beginning of production so as to have all specifications up to norm.
This inspection is of vital importance because it allows do eventual corrections before mass production starts, avoiding detriments and delays.

Inspection before Loading

The inspection before loading is made when 100% of production is finalized (or the percentage agreed with client) and already packed and prepared for the shipment. Randomly 3% (or quantity agreed between the parties) of the the packages are chosen and opened in order to verify if the products are conform with its specifications.
A report is readily sent per email certifying the status of the inspected products.

Inspection of Container Loading

We supervize the products being loaded in the containers. Our inspection assures the the loading is performed in a right way and with the needed cares, avoiding damages that could result from the inproper way of handling the load.

Goods Consolidation

We consolidate the loading of the products coming from different factories.
Throughout our freight agents we carrry out all the customs export-related procedures together with China's custom authorities.
